We would like to thank you for a great year of working together and send our best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We look forward to the new year and the continuation of our much valued collaborations with our customers.
The second half of 2023 has been very busy for us. We would particularly like to highlight a couple of projects, including a large, complex facility for packaging, palletizing and handling wood briquettes. The facility is able to handle round as well as square briquettes, group them together in plastic or cardboard packaging to be finally sorted by a large warehousing and accumulation system. This is a good example of one of the more complex solutions, where coordination between machines and facility integration is paramount. Another exciting project is the delivery of a palletizing solution which combines a robot gripper device with traditional high-level palletizing in a quick and flexible machine. It will palletize products in paper bags and will replace a similar, worn down machine.
The year has also been marked by more and more projects having a focus on sustainability. This is also true for a new customer who works with adding value to a residual product from their primary production. Here we have delivered two new packaging lines with bespoke palletizing and packaging capabilities. We look forward to telling you more about this solution in the new year.
We are experiencing an increasing demand from our customers to be able to carry out systematic monitoring of machines and general efficiency of equipment. The aim is to work with the relevant data in order to make recommendations for production optimisation. We have a wide range of products for these types of projects. It is specifically when this data is used together with Fisker’s accumulated knowledge that our customers benefit from smart solutions that can optimise production and efficiency right down to individual machines.
At the start of the new year, we will mainly be focusing on our international customers. Amongst other projects, we will be implementing a bagging plant for animal feed, a complete line for wood pellets, and a Big-bag system, at the same time as upgrading and updating existing equipment.
