Get Faster Assistance in Case of Errors or Breakdowns

Fisker offers remote support for your machines – enabling faster response times if an error or breakdown occurs in your system.

“With the installation of a support box, our experienced support technicians can quickly and easily connect to your machines and perform troubleshooting via the machines’ PLC program,” says Service Manager Mikkel Søe. “If we also install a mobile camera that stores video recordings for up to 24 hours, our support staff get ‘eyes on site’ – allowing them to better understand the issue, even after the problem has occurred.”

We understand how important it is to minimize downtime on your production equipment during unplanned outages. That’s why remote troubleshooting is often an excellent solution. We can either identify – or guide you to identify – the root cause of the issue, resolve it, and get the machines running again.
