Fisker sells and incorporates x-ray equipment from the German SESOTEC to detect foreign bodies in all types of foodstuffs, whether packaged or not.
The quality requirements to Danish foodstuffs are becoming increasingly strict – also in the export markets. Therefore, x-ray inspection is often regarded as a critical control point in the production and packaging of foodstuffs. Fisker incorporates SESOTEC systems in its packaging lines. The inspection can be carried out at high speed, and the systems are moreover easy to operate, clean and install.
In addition to the x-ray inspection for foreign bodies, x-ray control can also be used to check the weight of the product and its position and shape in sealed packaging.
