Jan Thrane Andersen has been employed as an automation engineer. His main responsibility is to provide technical support to our customers’ technicians and Fisker’s own service engineers.
Jan joins Fisker with a background as a marine engineer and broad technical knowledge and experience. His main role at the company is to provide technical support and act as a backup for our service engineers and the customers’ own technicians.
Minimising downtime
By employing Jan we are further strengthening our efforts to provide the best possible customer service and thereby reduce the customers’ downtime if problems occur on a packing line. Jan will assist both Danish and foreign customers by phone or by connecting remotely to the customer’s plant via computer.
Focus on internal processes
In the longer term, Jan will also take part in the development of the service department’s internal processes in order to make the department more efficient.
