Fisker has successfully launched a new bagging machine F-SU&SO, which meets the market’s growing demand for capacity, efficiency and energy-friendly operation. Fisker has already sold a number of solutions based on this machine.
Fisker Skanderborg is the largest supplier of packaging solutions for bags and sacks in Northern Europe. We offer our customers total solutions covering everything from advice on design through to installation, commissioning and service agreements. We focus on delivering top quality in all aspects of our work, whether equipment, service or advice.
Increased demands to capacity
“Our ongoing collaboration with customers in many countries has shown us that there is a growing demand for bagging machines with greater capacity. Our new machine, which operates continuously and therefore is 20% faster than traditional solutions, meets this demand. The machine has a capacity of up to 1,800 bags per hour,” says Sales Director Peter M. Henningsen from Fisker. “We have already supplied the first bagging machines, and they operate to the complete satisfaction of our customers.”
Flexible solution
F-SU&SO is designed to work with a wide range of bags and different products, including wood pellets, compost, granulate and soil.
Fuss-free recipe changes
The solution is also equipped with extremely user-friendly software, which makes it easy to change the recipes for the machine. The software links the speeds of the different functions in the machine. A change to one recipe parameter automatically updates other parameters, which allows for synchronous movements and continuous operation.
Huge potential
“We think our new bagging machine has a huge potential,” says Peter M. Henningsen. “With the F-SU&SO we can offer a solution that lives up to our quality requirements while meeting the growing demand to speed. There is a huge demand for this in the market.”
