On October 1st, Fisker employed Jesper Lund Olsen as a support technician. This has strengthened the support department and has given Fisker the possibility to offer even better remote support to our customers.
“Jesper is a qualified automation technician with experience of PLC programming. These are precisely the skills that are essential for remote troubleshooting”, says Service Manager Mikkel Søe.
”Jesper is still new to this position at Fisker and is building up his knowledge of all our machines. This is partly done by learning from hands on participation at our customers’ premises, enabling him to build up the experience needed to understand the technology behind the machines when working remotely”.
