At Fisker, we are proud to be a supplier to sectors and customers in need of machines and solutions for the manufacture of bagged, bulk-bagged and baled products, as well as palletized products.
We look back on a satisfying year of projects for both new and existing customers.
Daily contact with our customers, not least at this year’s Scanpack trade fair, has generated a wide range of interesting enquiries by from customers seeking innovation and a greener footprint. This is where Fisker’s solid experience and expertise play an important role. Customers appreciate this, which often prompts them to choose us to be their integrator and project manager. Our technicians are also crucial team members, and increasingly contribute with expertise, knowledge-sharing and support.
Some of this year’s projects were innovative within their field, such as new dimensions for bales of bedding material with reduced weight for easier handling, but still respecting specific pallet dimensions and heights for lorry transport. Fisker was once again an OEM partner in a project with multiple, identical FFS bagging machines. These stainless-steel machines are designed to be reliable in a wet, corrosive environment. Baling machines for various applications were also some of the products delivered this year, ranging from the baling of basic bedding material to complex insulation wool. In general, focus on product labelling has increased, and this year we have sold, retrofitted and integrated a significant number of printers for flat film bagging machines.
A new product in our portfolio of modular machines, is a baling machine combined with a horizontal bagging machine. The machine is designed to wrap 20 kg bales of a mixed animal feed with double-layer packaging to enable diffusion and degassing of the product.
The first half of 2025 will see deliveries of new equipment, including installation and commissioning, as well as upgrading equipment at our customers. Deliveries are world-wide and include installations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Germany, the Baltic States and the USA.
