This past year has brought confirmation that we’re continuing to expand our market position as northern Europe’s largest supplier of packaging solutions for bags. We’d like to thank our customers for the trust they have shown us, and it’s our experience that our ability to be an all-in-one supplier has a great significance.
We are very much aware of the responsibility that this entails. We have many long-standing customer relationships, and it is gratifying to receive their repeat business and see that they appreciate our efforts as well as the value of us being able to supply the “complete package”. This includes everything from choosing the right equipment to making sure that commissioning goes to plan, while knowing that the support we provide means that they as the customer, get the most out of the system and a high level of operational efficiency.
We are close to completing our accounts for the most recent financial year, and we can look back on it with a sense of satisfaction. Overall, we are happy to have helped our customers and delivered on what was agreed, even under pressing circumstances.
Our service department made a huge effort in this regard. We are continuously expanding our solutions and competencies in this and several other areas, allowing us to consistently meet our customers’ expectations while remaining at the forefront with regards to new solutions in the future.
