Mikkel recently visited Turkey, where he assisted a customer who requested service and training of their own staff in operation and maintenance. It turned out to be a warm experience both because of the temperature and the great atmosphere. Back home, several colleagues were a bit envious of his view of palm trees and the Mediterranean.
Meanwhile, Kim headed north to Norway to help a customer who had issues with their baling machine. The situation called for an on-site technician, and Kim got the system up and running again. The visit concluded with thorough instruction for the local staff.
