An entire new packaging line from Fisker Skanderborg has increased the production capacity at BMR Produkter.In Spring 2016, BMR Produkter AB entered into a dialogue with FiskerSkanderborg about the supply and installation of an entire new packaging line. BMR Produkter AB is a family business which for the last 40 years or so has produced and refined top-quality peat. The company produces more than 70,000 m3 block peat per year.Competitive solution
“The customer originally had a standard solution in mind, but we were of the view that they would be better off with a solution that offered a higher speed and a greater capacity than what their current requirements dictated,” says Sales Director Peter M. Henningsen from Fisker. “As the price of the solution was also very competitive compared with other products on the market, the customer chose the recommended solution.”Considerable experience behind complete solution
Over a period of many years, Fisker Skanderborg has accumulated extensive experience with the design, delivery and installation of complete packaging lines. On that basis, Fisker recommended a solution to BMR Produkter that takes into account the nature of the materials to be packaged.
Today, BMR Produkter therefore has a system that comprises a continuous-motion bagging machine, a palletiser and an automatic stretch film wrapper.

“We always offer solutions that meet market requirements for stability and high speed, and this was also the case with BMR Produkter,” says Peter M. Henningsen. “It’s important to our customers that we eliminate any potential problems beforehand, so they don’t surface after the system has been commissioned. Our many years of experience play an important role in this regard.”
