Today, Fisker is the sole agent in Denmark of SESOTEC’s metal detectors for use in food packaging lines. Recently, the company implemented yet another solution for the biscuit manufacturer Bisca.
Bisca is a Danish food company producing cakes and biscuits. The company is a market leader in Denmark. Bisca started as Karen Volf back in 1890 and has operated under the name Bisca since 1997. The name Karen Volf is still used as a brand name for the company’s cake production.
Wide range of solutions
For many years, Bisca has preferred using SESOTEC detectors, and today the company has a large number of detectors installed at their various packaging lines. “Thanks to SESOTEC’s large range of metal detection spools, we are able to meet Bisca’s needs, which can vary considerably from one packaging line to the next,” says Sales Manager Flemming Foldager from Fisker and continues:
