In 2020, many consumers have spent a lot more time at home than they would normally do. As a result, consumers are buying many products in larger quantities. In some cases, this makes it necessary to adapt the size and weight of the packaging, so it is easier for customers to handle bags and sacks.
Potting soil, wood pellets, animal feed and cement are just some examples of products which consumers in 2020 have purchased and brought home in larger quantities than before. Many manufacturers have therefore decided to upgrade their bagging machines and incorporate a handle to make it easier to bring the bags home.
Ongoing dialogue
There are therefore many ways in which Fisker can further improve the equipment the company has supplied. “We engage in ongoing dialogue with our customers about both mechanical and electrical upgrades to their equipment,” says Claus S. Rasmussen. “In that way we help ensure that the equipment is tailored to the current demand for the customers’ products while enabling the customers to maximise profits.”
