Fisker has been supplying semi-automatic bigbag systems for many years, but thanks to new solutions the company can now also offer fully automatic systems. The systems are always designed with the customer’s specific product and type of bigbag in mind.
At Fisker, we work with a wide range of quality machinery, which we combine to create customised production plants that meet the customer’s exact needs, whether the plant is used for food or non-food products.
Meets a variety of needs
The same applies when the customer needs a bigbag system, whether as a fully integral part of a production line or as a stand-alone machine. “We have accumulated extensive experience with the integration of bigbag systems,” says Sales Director Peter M Henningsen from Fisker. “This applies, for example, to 500 and 1,000 kg bigbags containing granulated products. In these cases we can fill up to 80 bags per hour.”
Considerable specialist knowledge
Based on its accumulated experience, Fisker can design and integrate bigbag systems into the customer’s production line. “We have accumulated specialist knowledge in this area and use it in our semi- and fully-automatic bigbag filling machines, which are based on net or gross weighing,” says Peter M Henningsen and continues:
All industries and needs
”Today, we supply bigbag plants to all types of industries and therefore have both painted and stainless steel systems. This means that we can supply plants that comply with the requirements even in the food industry. Regardless of the nature of the industry, we never lose track of the big picture and focus on developing a production plant that meets the specific needs of the individual customer.”
