The F1400 SS combined packaging machine combines the features of the “F1400” packaging machine with the capability to insert the bag inside a box and to package specific products such as frozen food, vegetables, dry fruit, biscuits etc..., weighing between 5kg and 25kg. Volumes 80l.

All the bagging machines, including the low production speed ones, are based on the three different working stations principle: bag forming unit, bag filling unit, bag sealing unit.

The important advantage of this principle is that three bags are always being produced in the same time; thus the cycle duration of each function is optimized granting, also with high production speeds, the right time for the sealing operations, for their cooling and for the bag filling operations.

While designing these bagging machines, a particular attention was given to the optimization of the maintenance times and costs, intervening on several factors:

- maximum accessibility of all the parts that need a maintenance or a cleaning

- reduction of the mechanic adjustments by using parts expressly designed and produced with machine tools

- continuous optimization of the machine design, in order to reduce the movable parts

- use of high quality components use of specific components suitable for the product to be packed

The operator interface (colour touch-screen panel) is simply to be used, thanks to its icons and exhaustive texts.

Each function and each movement of the bagging machine can be executed through manual controls that can be selected in the operator panel, allowing the operator or the maintainer to execute complete machine checks.

Three implemented different access levels can reduce the access to the different functions of the operator panel.

In addition, a wide range of optional accessories allows to satisfy any production requirement.
