For pallet handling we offer taylor made solutions, based on the requirements in the individual project. Each solution includes our own production of components and electrical control. Below is a selection of the most frequently used components.
ACCUMULATION SYSTEMS
Customized accumulation system by use of idle roller conveyors, with brake rollers for gentle transportation of full pallets.
Storage capacity, single row: 6 pallets
Storage capacity, multiple lines by implmentation of shuttle car: 12 and more, depending on number of rows.
SHUTTLE CAR
Shuttle car for crosswise transportation of empty or full pallets, fx for convergning of full pallets before stretch hooding.
Available in single or double pallet version.
PALLET MAGAZINE
Fork pallet magazine, for optimum destacking of empty pallet prior to palletizing. By use of forks, the risk of mechanical faliure is eliminated, compared to a traditional pallet magazine where the pallet stack is supported with side plates.
Build in solid frame and completely motorized.
