SM11:
SM11 model is an automatic “Fixed Format” case sealer: it means that all the adjustments needed to use the machine in a correct way are done manually and for this reason it is used for long runs with same box dimensions. The machine applies automatically two self-adhesive tape stripes on the upper and lower boxes middle line. The SM11 adjustment and use are intuitive, simple and fast.
SM44:
Machines able to adjust themselves on the various box sizes and close the boxes top flaps automatically (without operator).
SM44 model is an automatic “Random” case sealer: it means that the machine is able to adjust itself on the various box sizes.
The machine applies automatically two self-adhesive tape stripes on the upper and lower boxes middle line. Utilization of SM44 is intuitive, simple and fast. Installation is extremely fast and thanks to the caster with brake (option), fixed on the four legs, easily movable all over the workplace.
A system, located on the top part of the taping head construction, folds automatically the 4 flaps of the box. By doing this movement, the user can work faster and more efficiently as he has all his hands free to fill boxes or do any other action.
