We have just closed the financial year with a satisfactory result. We have met our budget targets and delivered on the projects we had planned, including starting our collaboration with Jens Hoffrén as market development consultant in Sweden.
At the same time, it has been a very busy year, where our employees have gone the extra mile. This has required flexibility, extra planning and, at times, a little more than would normally be expected.
When things are busy, it becomes clear how important it is that we help each other, step in when needed and keep a positive tone in our day-to-day work. We manage that, and it helps make us a stronger company.
This also matters a great deal to our customers. Satisfied customers do not just happen by themselves. We earn them by doing our best, taking responsibility and maintaining high service and quality – even when things are busy. This is absolutely crucial for our business. And we are proud of the very positive feedback we receive from our customers.
This year has brought a number of special projects that have demanded something extra, not least from our project department. Among other things, they have handled a project for one of the leading players in the insulation industry. Here we have developed a hydraulic press roughly the size of a house. The format tubes weigh two tonnes, whereas they would typically weigh less than 100 kg. The project has given us a lot of new learning internally – and a very satisfied customer.
On a slightly smaller scale, we have developed a new bag-in-box solution for the fishing industry. It will open doors to many other industries as well. We share more about this in our latest newsletter. We also focus on how machine maintenance pays off for the environment. This is also part of our ESG report, which we have just presented.
