Functions: 
The ECOLINE-D metal detection system detects all metallic contaminations (steel, special steel, aluminium, ...) – also metal contaminations that are enclosed in the product. It is used for inspecting packed and unpacked piece goods.

Typical applications: 

Incoming and outgoing goods inspection, inline inspection during packaging, weighing, labelling.
Standard belt widths of up to 400 mm and effective passage heights of up to 300 mm.

Typical applications:
Inline inspection at almost every stage of the production line from goods inwards to end of line applications.

Standard belt widths from 200 to 500 mm and effective aperture heights from 100 to 350 mm.

The VARICON+D series is designed for dry areas, the VARICON+W series for more hostile environments.

UNICON metal detection systems detect all ferrous and non-ferrous metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc), even those which may be contained in the product. It is used for inspecting packaged and unpackaged items. The modular design concept provides flexible solutions which can be precisely tailored to the needs of different products and production environments.

Application-specific reject options (declining conveyor, retracting belt etc) can be supplied. 

UNICON-D range is designed for applications in dry areas; UNICON-W is designed for wet, more hostile environments.

The standard version comprises the following main components:

• GLS tunnel metal detector

Typical applications:

• Inspection of butter, cheese and deep-frozen blocks of meat
• Inspection of E1 and E2 containers in meat processing
• Inspection of bags up to 50 kg

The LIQUISCAN VF+ pipe metal separator is designed for the inspection of sausage meat, processed cheese, gourmet salads, bread spreads, and similar pasty materials. When metal is detected, the filling process is either stopped or a separating system automatically separates the contaminated material into a container. By way of various thread adaptors the separator can be easily connected to standard vacuum fillers.

The LIQUISCAN PL pipeline metal separator is designed for inspecting liquid and paste products. When metal is detected the valve reject mechanism removes the contaminant into a container. A variety of connectors is available to ensure easy integration in all types of conventional pipeline systems.

Product Description:
The metal separator RAPID is used to analyse bulk goods in free-fall conveyor pipes. It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminations (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) – even if enclosed in the product.
